My teaching philosophy is to develop the whole person so that they will be able to excel both personally and professionally. This includes an understanding of the global environment, the ability to work well in teams as well as individually, and an awareness of the discipline resources, such as academic and practitioner publications and a working knowledge of APA format, to better prepare the student to utilize these resources both now and in the future. My philosophy as an educator and the coordinator of the entrepreneurship program is to develop and nurture the entrepreneur in all my students so that they learn their own potential to evolve into successful entrepreneurs, either in their own company or in a corporate environment.
